SHOP POLICY TERMS & CONDITIONS
Payment Policy
All purchases must be paid in full at the time of checkout. We accept the following payment methods: Credit Cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and other payment methods available through our website.
We do not accept partial payments, deposits, checks, money orders, or direct bank deposits. All transactions must be completed through the accepted payment methods listed above.
Payment Processing
We only accept payments through our official website, www.bellas.store. All transactions must be completed on our platform to ensure the security and integrity of the payment process.
We do not accept payment on-site under any circumstances. Failure to complete payment at checkout will result in automatic order cancellation.
Cancellation Policy
Because each faux cake is custom-made and handcrafted, production begins shortly after an order is placed.

Before design work begins: Any order cancellation is subject to a cancellation fee equal to 40% of the total purchase price.

After the design has been created and the faux cake is completed and ready to ship: Any cancellation is subject to a 60% cancellation fee to cover design, labor, materials, administrative costs, and production scheduling.

After shipment: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and is non-refundable under any circumstances.
If a customer cancels an order before shipment, any eligible remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method after the applicable cancellation fee has been deducted.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these cancellation terms.
Customized Products
All faux cakes are custom-made and handcrafted to order. Due to the personalized nature of our products, all customized orders are final sale and are not eligible for exchanges.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details carefully before submitting their purchase.
Changes to Orders
The date of final design approval is the final date for requesting changes to the size, style, color, or design of your faux cake order. Any changes requested after approval cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges.
Delivery and Setup
Delivery and setup services, when included in the order, will be provided as specified. We will ensure the faux cake is delivered and properly set up at the designated location.
Shipping Policy
Bella Store is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damages that occur during transit. Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, all shipping-related issues become the responsibility of the carrier and the customer.
All shipments are insured, and shipping issues are very rare. We carefully package every order to help ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.
Faux Cake Care and Responsibility
Once the cake has been delivered or set up, Bella Store is not responsible for any damage. Customers are responsible for providing a secure and appropriate table and environment for the faux cake.
Faux cakes are heavy and require sturdy support. Room temperature should be maintained at 80°F (27°C) or below.
Faux Cake Design Rights
Bella Store agrees to provide a custom, artistically handcrafted faux cake design based on the customer's specifications. Designs may incorporate branding elements or custom requests provided by the customer.
Ownership and Usage Rights
Upon completion and full payment, Bella Store grants the customer the right to use the finished design for personal, promotional, or commercial purposes as agreed.
Pick-Up and Liability
If the customer or a designated representative elects to pick up the cake, all liability transfers to the customer once the cake leaves Bella Store’s possession. Bella Store is not responsible for any damage occurring after pickup.
Photographs and Promotion
Bella Store may photograph completed cakes and reserves the right to use these photographs for marketing, advertising, social media, portfolio displays, and promotional purposes without compensation to the customer.
Brand & Design Non-Disclosure
To protect proprietary designs and prevent unauthorized reproduction, a Brand Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) may be requested. All NDA requests must be submitted in writing before production begins.
Non-Edible Products
All Bella Store products are non-edible decorative faux cakes. By placing an order, customers acknowledge and understand that the product is not intended for consumption.
Performance Contingency
Performance of this agreement is contingent upon Bella Store’s ability to complete the order and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to labor disputes, accidents, natural disasters, supply chain interruptions, Acts of God, or other unforeseen events.
Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with Bella Store, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
