Shop Policy Terms

1. Payment Policy:All purchases must be paid in full at the time of checkout. We accept the following payment methods :Credit Cards,PayPal ,Google Pay,Apple Pay...We do not accept partial deposit payments, checks, or direct deposits. All transactions must be completed using the accepted payment methods listed above.

2. Payment: We only accept payments through our official website, www.bellas.store. All transactions must be completed on the platform to ensure the security and integrity of the payment process.

3. Payment Methods: We do not accept payment on-site under any circumstances. Failure to make the payment will result in automatic order cancellation, and any payments made will be non-refundable.

4. No Exchanges or Cancellations on Customized Products
   Once you approve your purchase, customized products cannot be exchanged or canceled. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

5. Final Payment and Contract Terms: The balance of your order must be paid by the due date indicated in your contract. Failure to make the full payment on time will render the contract null and void, and the deposit will not be refunded.

6. Changes to Order: The date of your final payment is the final date for making any changes to the size or style of your faux cake order. Any changes requested after this date cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges.

7. Delivery and Setup: Delivery and setup of your faux cake are included in the price. We will ensure the cake is delivered and properly set up at the designated location.

8.  Faux Cake Care and Responsibility: Once the cake has been set up, we are not responsible for any damage. You are responsible for providing an appropriate and secure table, as well as a suitable environment for the faux cake. Faux cakes are heavy and require a sturdy table. The room temperature should be maintained at 80 degrees or below.

9. Faux Cake Design Rights - Provision of Design: Bella Store agrees to provide you with a custom, artistically handcrafted faux cake design based on your specifications. The design will incorporate your branding elements as requested and will be tailored specifically to your needs, making it a unique piece of art.

10. Ownership and Rights Granted: Upon completion of the faux cake design, Bella Store grants you exclusive rights to use the design for personal, promotional, or commercial purposes, as mutually agreed upon in the contract.

11. Pick Up and Liability: If you or your representative elect to pick up and set up the cake, you assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the cake once it leaves Bella Store’s possession. Bella Store is not responsible for any damage that occurs after the cake has been picked up.

12. Photographs and Promotion: On occasion, Bella Store may photograph our faux cakes. We reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotional purposes without compensation to you.

13. Brand & Design Non-Disclosure
    To protect the design and prevent copying or reproduction by third parties, a Brand Non-Disclosure Agreement must be signed. This request must be made in writing to ensure confidentiality and exclusivity.

14. Non-Edible Products: All of our products are non-edible faux cakes. By purchasing from Bella Store, you agree to receive a non-edible faux cake and understand its inedible nature.

15. Performance Contingency: The performance of this agreement is contingent upon Bella Store’s ability to complete the contract and may be subject to labor disputes or strikes, accidents, Acts of God, or other causes beyond our control.
